FACILITIES AND PRICING
All prices are listed below, and are inclusive of a number of excellent facilities designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Pricing (Per night)
Eco Adults arriving by bicycle/walking : £ 10 per person p.n.
Eco Juniors arriving by bicycle/walking : £ 5 per person p.n.
Adults or Teens : £ 11 per person p.n.
Juniors (under 13) : £ 5 per person p.n.
Infants ( under 1 ) : FREE
Pre-booked VISITORS only : £ 5 per person per visit
Minimum price per booking : £ 25.00 UNLESS Eco tariff applies
Our booking fee is £20 per tent, which is non refundable, non transferable and deducted from your balance on arrival.
We do allow FREE pre-booked , well-behaved dogs. However, they must be kept on their lead at all times.

On top of these facilities, we also provide cold water points in each of our picturesque orchards, as well as USB phone charging points, which are free of charge to use.
Please note that it is expected of you to be considerate toward your fellow campers. We love to have only happy faces here at Hatchers Farm.
Our rules include the supervision of children, minimal noise after 10pm and no noise after midnight, and please take your recycling home with you.
With regards to your pitch, it will be available after 1pm on the day of your arrival, and will need to be vacated by 12 noon on the day of your departure. However, we always try our best to accommodate, so let us know if this doesn't work and we can come to a prior arrangement.
If you've booked with us, but cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival, this will incur cancellation fees, which will be applied on a per person basis.
